Community Manager FAQ’s
Hi Coworkers, Biff and Joe decided to hired Rodrigo, a college student pursuing a degree in IT. We hired him to take action on the problems associated in the place, and to help coworkers in what they might need. Rodrigo will be your to-go person when there’s a problem or concern during the work hours. He is usually in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Rodrigo is the new community manager, which serve as the face of a company and he is generally responsible for managing and handling communications in both Coworkers and owners. He is currently located in the 2340 Building (Main/Middle). If there’s any inconvenient Biff and Joe are here to help, but first go to Rodrigo.

> What if the printers are out of paper/ink?
Through the day Rodrigo is going to be checking all the printers to make sure there is enough paper and ink. If for some reason there’s a problem with the printers go check with Rodrigo.
> The door mechanism is slower than usual?
Rodrigo is in charge of changing the batteries to both front and back doors. If you notice a delay on the doors about the batteries, please notify him.
> What if I don’t know to prepare coffee even by reading the FAQs?
No problem! Rodrigo is making coffee through the day and offering coffee to the members. He will make coffee for you.
> I noticed a problem in the faculty, who do I notify it to?
We appreciate the collaboration of the coworkers in the place, so if you notice something is not right, please tell Rodrigo.
> The beer machine is getting empty?
Please notify Rodrigo and he will make sure to refill the beer machine.
